The Misty Mountains and Rainforest Adventure tour offers an immersive 7-night, 8-day journey through Sri Lanka, blending the serene beauty of misty mountains with the rich biodiversity of rainforests. On arrival in Sri Lanka, please clear immigration, collect your luggage, and proceed through customs. We will be waiting in the designated area with a paging board. Transfer from the airport to Negombo (Approx: 20Mins). Overnight stay at a hotel in Negombo.
After breakfast, proceed to Kandy (Approx: 4Hrs). In the evening, enjoy trekking at Udawattakelle Sanctuary, a vital bio-reserve for Kandy. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kandy.
After breakfast, proceed to the Knuckles Mountain Range (Approx: 2Hrs). Enjoy a full day of trekking through this mist-laden mountain range. Return to the hotel in Kandy. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kandy.
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya (Approx: 2Hrs). Spend the evening at leisure at the resort. Overnight stay at a hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Arrange a packet breakfast from the hotel and proceed to Horton Plains (Approx: 45Mins). Enjoy trekking at Horton Plains National Park, home to diverse flora and fauna and famous sites like World's End and Baker's Falls. Return to the hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Optional climb at Adam’s Peak for an adventurous night hike. Overnight stay at a hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
After breakfast, proceed to Udawalawe (Approx: 4Hrs). Overnight stay at a hotel in Udawalawe.
After breakfast, proceed to Sinharaja Rainforest Reserve (Approx: 3Hrs). Enjoy trekking through this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thereafter, proceed to Bentota (Approx: 3.5Hrs). Overnight stay at a hotel in Bentota.
After breakfast, proceed to the airport for departure (Approx: 2.5Hrs). End of Tour.
